Florida teen accused of breaking into business, stealing and cooking lobsters: report

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A teen is wanted by Crime Stoppers after he allegedly broke into a Florida business, stole lobsters and cooked them, according to NBC affiliate WBBH .

Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers identified the man as 19-year-old Christopher Scott, who is wanted for burglary and petit theft.

WBBH reported that Scott broke into the Miromar Lakes Clubhouse, located just south of Fort Myers, on Feb. 13 and stole a “considerable amount of food,” with the majority being lobsters.

After stocking up on seafood, Scott found a spot in the kitchen to begin cooking them. Scott then made his way to the clubhouse’s storage area that held all the golf carts. WBBH said Scott stole a golf cart but left it on an adjacent property to the security gatehouse.
