SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCSC) – The Dorchester County Economic Development office confirmed on Thurdsay that internet giant Google recently closed on property within the county. Dorchester County Council Chairman Todd Friddle said Google has a history of “of strengthening local workforces and uplifting communities” and that the county looks forward to Google making “a positive difference” in the county.
