BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – WBRC just received word that longtime anchor Scott Richards died Wednesday night, Feb. 14. Richards’ family says he had a sudden medical emergency. He was an anchor at WBRC from 1981 to 2014. He retired in January of 2014 and will be cherished by this community.
