UNMH implementing new centralized check-in system

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The University of New Mexico Hospital has officially implemented a new check-in system for outpatient care. Patients no longer need to check in for their appointments at their respective clinics, instead, they will use what is called a centralized central check-in (CCI).

With the new check-in process, patients will check in and pay at the Bill and Barbara Richardson Pavilion or inside the orthopedic clinic before heading to their appointments. UNMH says the process helps ensure clinics are handling check-ins the same way. Patients can find more information here .
