The Bakersfield Police Department is looking for a teenage boy who went missing around 5 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of Oregon Street. Josue Nievas, 15, is described as Hispanic, about 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
