BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) – Delano councilmember Salvador Solorio-Ruiz is a candidate in the running for Kern County’s fourth supervisorial district. In an interview with Alex Fisher, Solorio-Ruiz said he believes David Couch, the current incumbent running for re-election, does not represent the average District 4 resident, including those in unincorporated communities.
