LAS VEGAS (KSNV) – The historic El Rancho Hotel and Casino in northeastern Nevada has been added to the National Register of Historic Places. The National Park Service listed the building of the hotel and casino, located in Wells, last week. This comes as El Rancho marks its 75th anniversary later this year.
