Rochester, N.Y. – The suspects in a deadly beating that took place in the early morning hours of Christmas last year have been indicted on upgraded charges. Brucewayne Beaman, 22, and Guy Mustgray II, 33, are now charged with murder, robbery and assault, according to prosecutors. They were previously charged with attempted murder, robbery, assault and grand larceny for allegedly beating Michael DiCesare, 60, for nearly 18 minutes during a robbery at Bay Street and Portland Avenue.
