SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Police have confirmed the 15-year-old boy who was shot in the head at the Westin Hotel in Southfield has died from his injuries. Tyler, a Loyola High School student, was at a sleepover at the hotel when he was shot Sunday, Feb. 11. He was treated at the scene and was taken to a hospital in “grave condition.” At the time, police said he was not likely to survive.
