A Texas doctor has been hauled in by the long arm of the law, accused of indecently assaulting his patients. Dr. Ikenna Adugba, a Medicaid provider and physician, was arrested on Tuesday after a comprehensive joint investigation between Denton Police and the Texas Attorney General’s Office, according to the City of Denton, Texas.
