Toledo lawyer suspended for ethical violations

Sarah A. Miller Driftmyer, a Toledo lawyer, was suspended by the Supreme Court of Ohio Thursday for multiple ethical violations.

The violations included making a false statement in a municipal court proceeding and failing to comply with a disciplinary investigation.

Ms. Driftmyer also was ordered to pay restitution to one of her clients and complete additional legal training focused on criminal law and law-office management.

This was the second time Ms. Driftmyer has seen legal difficulties. A previous six-month suspension was stayed with conditions.
