In Fremont, California, a local man with an unsettling history of criminal behavior has been cuffed once again for invading the privacy of an unsuspecting resident. The Fremont Police Department announced that Daniel Todd Martin, a 56-year-old resident of Fremont, was nabbed earlier this month for creeping around and peeking into a woman’s bedroom through her window, according to a statement released on Facebook.
