SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – The Thunder by the Bay Music and Motorcycle Festival is known for its great concerts. This year’s event is jam packed with talent. Molly Hatchet plays on Friday, Grand Funk Railroad on Saturday, and Creed Fisher on Sunday.Molly Hatchet always circles their tour dates to the Suncoast because of the reception they get here.Bobby Ingram, lead singer says “We love coming down there. Everyone makes us feel welcome. It’s like a second home for us. I mean the Thunder by the Bay is magnificent. It’s a great fundraiser that helps local children, teens, and adults with special needs. We definitely are glad that we are involved.
