HONOLULU (Island News) — A man linked to a shooting in Kalihi made his first court appearance on Thursday. Island News was the only camera in the courtroom Thursday morning as 21-year-old Raider Misioka faced a judge. He’s charged with terroristic threatening and keeping unloaded firearms.
