TULSA, OKLA. (KTUL) – An ex-con out of Louisiana was arrested by the Tulsa Police Department Mingo Valley Street Crimes Unit after having sex in public. Police said while on patrol near East 31st and Memorial Drive on Valentine’s Day, they found a truck parked behind Americas Best Value Inn and found two people having intercourse.
