RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – Police have returned a child to her parents who was found wandering the streets of Lake Park Wednesday night. At 10:50 p.m., a bystander spotted a young girl roaming alone near the intersection of Silver Beach Road and Broadway and called the Riviera Beach Police Department.
