Authorities have released the name of the inmate at the Northwest Regional Correction Center in Crookston that died Wednesday. According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office the deceased is Matthew Bagley, (51) of Lebanon, Tennessee. Matthew was in custody from a DWI out of Norman County. Crookston Area Ambulance transported Bagley to Riverview ER following reports of an “unresponsive male”.
