Syracuse, N.Y. – A man accused of a Christmas Day murder was sentenced to 10 years in prison Thursday for having a gun, but the murder charge against him was dropped. Imperial Davis, 29, previously pleaded guilty to possessing the gun used to kill Aaron Jordan, 37, around 9:15 on Dec. 25, 2022, at 2401 Midland Avenue, Judge Melinda McGunnigle said in court Thursday.
