Syracuse, N.Y. – A man has been arrested after police say he and others beat up the owner of the Penny Pub and two other people during a brawl, according to court documents. Jaquar Sampson, 32, was arrested Friday for assault and gang assault, police said in court documents filed in Syracuse City Court. He was one of several people in a group who attacked three people, according to the documents.
