JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) -Right now, there are hundreds of family court cases working their way through Jefferson County. Each case represents a child that might not be able to speak up for themselves. Sometimes those kids will slip through the cracks before they are able to get the help they need. One local advocacy group is trying to step in before that happens.
