FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Salvation Army leaders are looking for answers after one of their buildings was recently vandalized. “I don’t know why someone would decide to attack. Whether they were trying to come in the building or whether they were just frustrated.” said Lt. Scott Smith, an employee at the Salvation Army of Allen County.
