Coroner: Fort Wayne man dies from complications of 2004 shooting

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A 2004 shooting has been ruled a homicide two decades later following the death of the victim. According to the Allen County Coroner, 70-year-old Alfred Woods died Thursday due to complications from a gunshot wound that injured him years ago. The shooting happened July 30, 2004 in the 3100 block of Warsaw Street, according to the release.
