CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland Police are asking for help locating a suspect who ripped off the Home Depot located at Steel Yard Commons late last year. Cleveland Police First District detectives said the man purchased more than $4,000 in merchandise with fraudulent information on November 21st, 24th, 28th & 29th of 2023.
