OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KTEN) – Three men turned themselves in to Oklahoma authorities after being indicted on felony counts of conspiracy. Ronald ‘Brent’ Swadley, Timothy Hooper, and Curtis Breuklander have all turned themselves in, and are each facing one felony count of conspiracy to defraud the state, as well as five felony counts of presenting false or fraudulent claims against the state.
