GREENSBORO, N.C. – A 62-year-old man died while filling his car up on the side of the road on Wednesday, Feb. 14. Greensboro police report that around 4:20 p.m., Destiny Hankins was driving on Interstate 73 South. At that time, Marcus Nivens had stopped his car on the right shoulder. He was putting gas in his car and wearing a yellow reflective safety vest, police said.
