SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. – New details have been releasedabout the death of a man at a business in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. Rusty Clevenger, with the Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office, said 26-year-old Joe Conner Nuckolls was operating a lift machine that came in close proximity to a high-voltage wire and was electrocuted.
