RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A woman was shot Friday morning in the Whitcomb area of Richmond’s East End.
At 9:34 a.m. Friday, Feb. 16, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to the 2400 block of Whitcomb Street for the report of a shooting.
When they arrived, officers found a woman with a gunshot wound. She was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
