ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – The St. Louis Circuit Attorney has charged the 22-year old accused of hitting and killing a mother and daughter visiting from Chicago.
42-year old Laticha Bracero and 21-year old Alyssa Cordova died after being hit while crossing the street at 18th and Downtown. They had attended the Drake concert.
Monte Henderson is charged with two counts of involuntary Manslaughter First and two counts of Armed Criminal Action.
Henderson is accused of driving erratically , running red electrical turn signals and smashing into two other vehicles.
