YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) – A 15-year-old from Hampton was struck Thursday afternoon in a drive-by shooting, police say. Police say they got the call at 3:51 p.m. that the victim arrived at Sentara CarePlex Hospital on Coliseum Drive. His injuries were initially considered not to be life-threatening, but they were later upgraded to life-threatening, police say.
