WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The principal at Wichita East High School issued an apology after an inappropriate photo was seen by students and staff. The photo, taken in a photo booth last weekend before East’s homecoming dance, shows Principal Sara Richardson flipping off the camera while standing with the school’s security team.
