A tip to North Carolina police led them to a sweet discovery and the arrest of a man found with large amounts of illegal drugs, officials said Thursday. Capt. J.E. Silberman, with the Asheville Police Department, said officers, following up on the tip on Tuesday, went to a home on Deaverview Road.
