The Lafayette Police Department reported the victim of a suspected drunk driving crash, who was previously listed in critical condition, has unfortunately died as a result of his injuries. Police identified him as Jermaine Britton, 40, of Breaux Bridge. They added charges against Kayley Thibeaux, 23, of Carencro, will be upgraded.
