CHARLOTTE, Mich. (WILX) – Two people were arrested after two cars were stolen in Charlotte overnight. On Friday, at 1:15 a.m. officers from the Charlotte Police Department were called out to a report of a stolen car. Officials said while they were investigating, a second car was stolen close by and was occupied by three people.
