DIMMMITT, Texas (KVII) – One man is dead after a crash between two pickup trucks hauling trailers. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Russell Smallwood, 61, of Lubbock, was headed south on US 385 when his Ford F-450 traveled into the northbound lane and side-swiped another pickup.
