In a video released by an attorney, a staff member at a Michigan psychiatric hospital seemingly encouraged a fight and allowed a child to attack a 10-year-old boy. While staff members stand or sit by, the attacking child stomps repeatedly on the small boy’s head for several seconds, leaving him motionless on the floor.
