Fitness playground for young adults with autism opens in Spartanburg

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – We all know exercise is good for us, but it’s particularly important for those with autism. Studies show that exercise can help reduce hyperactivity, aggression and anxiety in autistic children. It’s why the Project Hope Foundation in Spartanburg built a specially designed activity center.
