Pin Point, a sports + entertainment concept geared toward pickleball and golf, is
this summer — this will be the largest indoor pickleball + golf facility in the US, according to Triangle Business Journal.
Located at 2201 S. Wilmington St. near Kane Realty Corporation’s future
, the facility will be equipped with 16 pickleball courts, eight golf simulators, a chipping + putting area, and sports bar.
Pin Point will span 71,000 sqft and live on the second floor of an existing warehouse above current residents Mid Atlantic Roofing Supply and Iron Mountain. Pin Point’s trio of owners includes former NC State QB Garrett Leatham, and they each have real estate + contracting experience.
