An Iowa City man has been arrested after falsely reporting an armed robbery. 31-year-old Robby Delzell of the Bon Air Manufactured Housing Community reported to officers the morning of January 31st that he had been robbed the night prior at gunpoint. The suspect reportedly stole his bicycle and cell phone while he was on the 2300 block of Muscatine Avenue.
