LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A 40-year-old Norfolk man is accused of assaulting and threatening a woman in a home on Wednesday. Norfolk Police responded to a home around 7:10 p.m. after receiving a 911 call from a child who said his mom was being assaulted by a man, later identified as Agusto Ramos-Umatambo. Arriving officers witnessed Ramos-Umatambo “on top of the woman with both of his arms extended towards the female” and quickly detained him.
