At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Feb. 8 through Thursday.
5 critical violations
O’Charley’s , 2077 Interchange Road, Millcreek Township. (Not enough hot water available for both the dishwasher and sinks in the facility, coolers not cold enough, spray bottles containing chemicals not labeled, fish not thawed properly.) Feb. 9 Restaurant closed due to lack of hot water and reopened with previous violations corrected Feb. 10.
1 noncritical violation
Flight of the Eagle Banquet Hall , 1129 Pennsylvania Ave. Tuesday
