CYPRESS, Texas – Deputies responding to a call in Cypress caught a mail theft suspect red-handed, according to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office. Deputies were in the 15000 block of Flameleaf Drive in the Fairfield area earlier this week to check reports of a man stealing mail out of mailboxes.
