SHERMAN, Texas (KXII) – A Gunter man was sentenced to life in prison Friday for indecency with a child by sexual contact. Grayson County Criminal District Attorney Brett Smith said Ronald Gene Tolbert, 60, was found guilty after a four-day trial in Grayson County. Due to the nature of the offense, Tolbert must serve at least 35 years before being considered for parole.
