SOCORRO, Texas (KFOX14) – The El Paso Marathon is this Sunday and one town along the route wants residents to secure their pets out of an abundance of caution. Socorro residents received a notice encouraging neighbors to close and lock all outdoor gates around their yards, ahead of the El Paso Marathon on Sunday.
