Man curses jury, judge after sentenced to 70 years for pulling knife on 2 men in Nacogdoches

NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KTRE) – A man received two concurrent 70 year sentences on Tuesday for two counts of aggravated robbery. Bryan Justice Anderson, 25, most recently from San Marcos, was found guilty of aggravated assault which happened in June 2021. According to Assistant District Attorney Amy Wren, Anderson entered a vehicle on June 20, 2021, that two people were inside. It was located in the parking lot of Lucky Stop on South Street in Nacogdoches.
