PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) – A family is mourning the loss of a life taken too soon. Three-year-old Dominic Salas and his mom were at a friend’s house in Peoria on Friday, Feb. 9 when he snuck out and fell into the pool. The boy’s mother and officers jumped into action to perform CPR before he was taken to the hospital, but he died a short time later.
