WIAA Division 2 State Championships

WAUKESHA – Andrew Hodek of Ashwaubenon had a fifth-place finish in the 500-yard freestyle in 4:49.22 to lead area swimmers.

Hodek also swam on two Jaguars relays that finished in sixth place. The 200 freestyle relay team of Tommy McNicoll, Anthony Hendrickson, Hodek and Ryan Jadin finished sixth in 1:30.66, and the 400 freestyle relay team of McNicoll, Alexander Smits, Hodek and Jadin was sixth in 3:20.56.

Ashwaubenon finished eighth in the team standings with 125 points. McFarland won the team title with 325 points, with Rhinelander second with 243.
