WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – A woman was arrested after Winston-Salem police said she “intentionally” set a home on fire Friday. The Winston-Salem Police Department said they received a call to the1500 block of East 3rd Street about an arson. Officers said Winston-Salem fire crews were on scene due to a house fire which was intentionally set from the outside just after 6:00 a.m.
