VANCOUVER Wash. (KPTV) – Battle Ground Police Department received a missing person report for a 12-year-old girl in Vancouver Sunday. Gianna Emra was last seen in Vancouver Mall on Feb. 11 at approximately 12 p.m. She was reported wearing a black tank top, black sweatpants and a jacket with a ‘playboy’ logo.
