HOUSTON (KIAH) – A man is in custody after allegedly trying to strangle his Uber driver in northwest Harris County. According to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office, around 3 p.m. Wednesday, arriving deputies were called to the 17000 block of Cypresswood Glen Trails in the Ranch Country Community, where they met the victim.
