JUPITER, Fla. (CBS12) – A man is in the hospital after police said he shot himself in the car during a traffic stop on Friday morning. The Jupiter Police Department (JPD) said at around 9 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a car with a stolen tag. This happened on Military Trail, just south of Indiantown Road.
